Classy Hummingbird Feeder

Hummingbirds are on their way! Check out this Hayes Avant Yarde Mini Window Hummingbird Feeder. It’s decorative and a lot cooler than your average hummingbird feeder. It looks great even if there are not birds on it. Welcome your hummingbirds with style! $7.49 is what it costs…

Hi Kimberly,

That is a cool hummingbird feeder.

I want to thank you for the 6 week fitness routine for gardeners and have featured it in my post today. My post is carried by Blotanical.com a directory of over 500 gardening blogs so you will probably get a lot of visitors to your site.

Hummingbirds are here where I live. I really enjoy having my hummingbird feeders up. I currently have 3 that I keep filled. There are so many artistic hummingbird feeders available today. No matter what your style, you can find a feeder that adds beauty along with function to your patio or garden. I would love to have some of the dainty, elegant feeders, but due to the wind that comes through I have opted for feeders of heavy glass that don’t swing around during a dust storm.

I love the way the feeder looks! It’s quite dainty! The only thing that concerns me is that it’s the kind of feeder that may drip (which attracts ants - yuck!). Parasol came out with a new rubber stopper for their feeders that’s suppose to have solved that problem. It’s called a Gondola and the nectar “puddles” in a little vessel at the bottom of the feeder and allows the birds to lap up the nectar from there. It’s rather cute and, I think, a great idea!
